School Rules & Discipline

At Saraswati Public School, discipline is the foundation of character building and academic excellence. Students are expected to follow school rules sincerely to maintain a safe, respectful, and productive learning environment.

Our Students Must Always Be

  1. Properly Dressed
Students must come to school neatly dressed in the prescribed school uniform. Cleanliness, grooming, and personal hygiene are essential.
  2. Regular & Punctual
Students should attend school regularly and arrive on time. All homework and classwork must be completed sincerely and submitted on time.
  3. Communicating in English
Students are encouraged to communicate with teachers, classmates, and staff in English to improve language proficiency and confidence.
  4. Orderly in Movement
Students should move quietly and in straight lines while changing classes and use only the corridors and passages designated for their class.
  5. Careful & Responsible
Students must take care of school property. Any damage or loss should be reported immediately to the teacher or school authority.
Students should switch off lights and fans before leaving classrooms, keep the campus clean, and help in preserving plants and trees.
  6. Disciplined in Conduct
Students must maintain discipline at all times — in classrooms, corridors, playgrounds, and during assemblies. While leaving the classroom, students should form a queue and move in an orderly manner.

Discipline Policy

The school does not permit violation of rules or indiscipline of any kind. Observing discipline is essential for the overall development of students and for maintaining a healthy learning environment.

We expect full cooperation from students and parents in upholding school discipline and values.

Discipline in the Library

  • Writing, underlining, folding pages, or marking in library books is strictly prohibited.
  • Students must examine the book at the time of issue and report any damage, missing pages, or defects to the librarian immediately.
  • Books that are lost, damaged, or mishandled must be paid for or replaced by the borrower.
  • Reference books, newspapers, and magazines are meant for reading inside the library only and cannot be issued for home.
